• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• Each person may maintain one account only.

When using Quizengan, you agree not to:

• Create quizzes containing hateful, discriminatory, or illegal content
• Harass, bully, or impersonate other users
• Attempt to cheat, manipulate scores, or exploit bugs
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Disrupt the service or interfere with other users' experience

4. Content Guidelines

• You retain ownership of quizzes you create.
• By publishing a quiz, you grant Quizengan a license to display and distribute it on the platform.
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these rules without notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

Quizengan is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Temporary service interruptions or downtime
• Loss of data due to technical issues
• Content created or shared by users

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, at our sole discretion.

7. Changes

We may update these rules at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the new rules.
